Shipping policy

All orders with physical items are packed at the Ruffian Cars shop and shipped through the United States Postal Service ("USPS"). With the exception of stickers-only orders (which are shipped via stamped envelope), all packages include a tracking number that customers can use to monitor their shipment's progress and make changes to the delivery using the tools available through USPS's website. Once a tracking number is generated for an order, it is automatically linked on Shopify and an email notification is sent to the customer. Customers can also access their order history by registering an account on www.ruffiancars.com, which includes the tracking details and fulfillment status for each order.
